Where does the Japan chart come from?

It adds up Apple Music's daily city charts for 3 cities in Japan: a song scores more the higher it sits and the more cities it charts in. BeatSphere's own weekly chart for Japan appears once enough listeners are active there, so a small group's listening is never exposed.
