Where does the India chart come from?

It adds up Apple Music's daily city charts for 3 cities in India: a song scores more the higher it sits and the more cities it charts in. BeatSphere's own weekly chart for India appears once enough listeners are active there, so a small group's listening is never exposed.

Which cities in India have their own chart?

Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore. Each has a page with its top songs, updated daily.

Does the map show anyone's exact location?

No. Your exact location is never shared. Others see a randomized spot inside an area you choose, never where you actually are.
