How it works

- No. Your exact location is never shared. Others see a randomized spot inside an area you choose (from about 1 km up to 10 km), never where you actually are.
- Do I need the app, or does it work in a browser?
- Both. The live map works at beatsphere.live/map in any browser, and the iOS and Android apps add check-ins, chat, and taste matching.
- What if nobody near me is listening?
- Zoom out: the map shows listeners worldwide, and the weekly charts show what cities around the world are playing.
